A brief update- construction on the outdoor rink has begun. The Lexington DPW has done a wonderful job preparing Fletcher for the rink and has begun assembly of the boards for the rink. One we have some cold enough weather, they’ll lay down the liner and flood the rink!
Thanks to the DPW for their assistance getting this up and running- we’re looking forward to a wonderful winter on the ice.
If you’re wondering how you can get involved, we’re still looking for additional volunteers to assist with clearing or maintaining the rink this winter. We are also still collecting donations.
